A proud alumnus of CBIT, BITRA N RAO began his professional life in the U.S., working for over a decade in Silicon Valley. It was there he honed critical skills-technical acumen, product-thinking, customer focus, scalability-and built a foundation that would later influence every brick, beam, and business decision at Bitra Realty.
But even while immersed in technology, he carried with him a seed of entrepreneurship-and a deep urge to give back to his roots in India.
Back home, he didn’t rest. BITRA N RAO launched Brio Factors and PaisaVasul.com, serving local businesses with digital marketing, brand building, and lead generation-tools that were still rare in many parts of India. These ventures sharpened his understanding of market dynamics, digital reach, and customer trust-key lessons that still guide Bitra Realty’s approach.
While witnessing growth in Hyderabad and beyond, BITRA N RAO saw an industry with huge promise-but also rife with ambiguity: unverified listings, legal grey areas, opaque deals. He realized that many consumers lacked both reliable information and trustworthy partners.
That insight drove him to live and breathe real estate: investing early, managing projects, studying land, legal frameworks, construction, and market patterns. He became a partner in Terra Liva Estates, led projects like Village Life and Acasa High-Rise, Kokapet, and deeply engaged with every stage of project execution.
With over two decades of experience spanning technology, entrepreneurship, and real estate, BITRA N RAO founded Bitra Realty on one simple principle: simplify the property journey. No jargon.
